Strengthening Global Partnership
The SolidCAM team recently had the privilege of visiting the Tornos Group headquarters in Moutier, Switzerland, where we presented our advanced Swiss-Type CAM solution during the Tornos European Application & Sales Training 2025.
What made this event truly unique was the setup – SolidCAM presentations were delivered right between Tornos CNC machines, allowing participants to experience our technology in the most practical and engaging way possible.
During the visit, we also held excellent meetings with key Tornos leaders, including:
- Jens Thing, CEO of Tornos
- Benoit Defrasne, Head of Market Support
- Oliver Herzig, Digital Product Manager
Together, we strengthened the growing global partnership between Tornos and SolidCAM, ensuring continued innovation and success for Swiss-type manufacturing.
Today, SolidCAM proudly offers the most advanced Swiss-type CAM solution across all Tornos brands. In collaboration with TITANS of CNC MACHINING, we also deliver the free Swiss Academy training program, empowering machinists worldwide with hands-on knowledge and cutting-edge expertise.
